(1) Raw material mixing:It is to add PVC stabilizer, plasticizer, antioxidant and other auxiliary materials into the high speed mixer in proportion and process successively, and make the material warm up to the set process temperature by the material and mechanical self-friction, then the material will be lowered to 40-50 degrees by the cold mixer; so that it can be added to the hopper of the extruder.
(2) Extruder part:This machine is equipped with a quantitative feeding device, so that the extrusion volume and the feeding volume can match to ensure stable extrusion of the products. Due to the characteristics of the conical screw, the feeding section has a larger diameter, which has a larger heat transfer area and shear speed to the material, which is conducive to the plasticization of the material. The small diameter of the metering section screw reduces the heat transfer area and the shear speed to the melt, so that the melt can be extruded at a lower temperature. When the screw rotates in the barrel, the PVC mixture is plasticised and pushed to the head, thus achieving compaction, melting, mixing and homogenisation; and achieving the purpose of exhausting and dewatering. The feeding device and screw drive device adopt frequency conversion to achieve synchronous speed adjustment.
(3) Extrusion die head part: After compaction, melting, mixing and homogenization of PVC, there are subsequent materials through the screw to push the die head, extrusion die head is the pipe forming off the construction of parts.
(4) Vacuum shaping water tank is used for pipe shaping and cooling, the vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with vacuum system and water circulation system for shaping and cooling, stainless steel box, circulating water spray cooling, the vacuum shaping water tank is equipped with back and forth moving device and left and right, high and low adjustment manual device.
(5) Traction machine for continuous and automatic leading of the cooled and hardened pipe from the machine head, frequency conversion speed control.
(6) Cutting machine: controlled by the travel switch according to the required length, automatic cutting, and delayed turning frame, the implementation of flowing production; cutting machine with fixed length work switch signal as a command to complete the whole process of cutting, in the cutting process and pipe running to maintain synchronization, the cutting process by electric and pneumatic drive to complete the cutting machine is equipped with a dust-absorbing device, the cutting generated debris will be sucked out in a timely manner, and recycling.
(7) The material turning action is controlled by the cylinder through the air circuit to achieve the material turning action. After unloading, the pipe is automatically reset after a delay of several seconds, waiting for the next cycle.
